I am a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) with 10 months of teaching experience, including 9 months of online ESL teaching for Chinese children and 1 month of face-to-face instruction for adult learners. My experience has strengthened my communication, organization, patience, and problem-solving skills. I am passionate about helping others, quick to learn new tools and processes, and committed to delivering high-quality work. I am dependable, adaptable, and always eager to grow both personally and professionally while making a positive contribution to my team.

My lessons are student-centered, interactive, and tailored to each learner's needs and proficiency level. I create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable speaking English and asking questions. I use clear explanations, practical examples, and engaging activities to build confidence in grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and conversational English. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match their pace, learning goals, and interests while providing constructive feedback to help them improve continuously.
